As previously mentioned, I am available for work in graphic design, illustration, web design, and potentially more after an inquiry quote. While I am a multidisciplinary designer, illustration has always been my specialisation and my strong suit! I create my illustrations using both my Ipad and my laptop for addiitional editing.
Beyond artistic endeavours, I like to play (an albeit quite limited amount) of video games, watching queer shows, and studying old internet aesthetics. These heavily inspire my work, especially in my illustrative style and web design preferences.
I have been using the Adobe Creative Suite for four years and counting, and possess the most knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator. Other programs I am experienced in are InDesign, Lightroom, and After Effects. Through using a combination of my capabilities in each software, I create projects that span a wide range of digital media skills.
My Ipad is my sole tool for illustration work, using both IbisPaint X and Procreate as my art applications. These apps are a key part in my workflow, as I typically like to sketch my branding and compositional concepts on my Ipad. I also love to create fully finished, detailed artworks on my Ipad, mainly involving character design and fun dynamic backgrounds.
In roughly 4 years, I had been practising HTML & CSS as a hobby through MySpace revival sites before professionally pursuing it in my university degree. While pursuing this skill, I had further picked up wireframing and functional prototyping skills using Figma. Using Visual Studio Code, I am capable of developing working websites using the planning from Figma.
“Sappho: That Lady On Lesbos” was a project I worked on for my final year of high school, and aside from the proud feeling I get when viewing my work, I also associate a lot of fond memories I made while developing on this project. I dedicated many hours of my life to this project, showing up to holiday workshops and sacrificing leisure time to deliver the highest quality. This project really pushed my ability to work under pressure and made me learn a lot about formatting layouts, as well as consistency in my illustration and design style.
